## How the team works

**Kevin Fremon** — Founder & Principal, Lightbulb Moment Labs.

A career spent across design, engineering and product leadership, building and running software that businesses depend on every day, for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and global brands to celebrities and founders on the way up.

Today he leads Lightbulb Moment Labs and every engagement it takes on, assembling the specialists each one needs and staying accountable for the outcome. Through [Future Proof](https://lightbulbmoment.com/future-proof/), he works with founders, CEOs and business owners of established companies — agencies, SaaS platforms and professional service firms — designing AI systems, agents and internal tooling into the way the business actually operates, rather than layering it on top of existing process.

He does the work on his own books first. The studio builds and runs its own AI products in production, so every engagement draws on methods already proven in the real world rather than borrowed from a slide deck.
