Lightbulb Moment Labs is a solo-founder studio run by Kevin Fremon. Each product starts with a problem experienced firsthand. The studio's ethos: ship fast, obsess over detail, build software that doesn't feel like software.

- [Future Proof](https://lightbulbmoment.com/future-proof/): AI Transformation for Founders. An application-only advisory program in which founders, CEOs and business owners work directly with Kevin Fremon to redesign how their companies operate in an AI-first world. Not consulting, coaching, or an agency. The engagement opens with an in-person kickoff somewhere in the continental US; after that, most of the work happens between bi-weekly executive sessions rather than in them, built around a founder's schedule. Kevin works with only a few companies at a time and every engagement runs ninety days, so openings are infrequent. Applications are researched and scored by Trillion, his own AI agent, then personally reviewed by Kevin. No pricing is published.

- [Locked In](https://lightbulbmoment.com/locked-in/): 1:1 AI training. A four-week, one-on-one AI build sprint for people who want to ship a product rather than change a company. Two 45-minute working sessions a week plus a private Slack channel between them, ending with a shipped web product or an iOS app submitted to Apple. You do not need to know how to code: an AI coding agent does the building, and the sprint teaches you how to direct it. Week one writes the specification and no code at all, on the argument that the quality of what AI builds is mostly decided before you ask it to build anything. $6,000 for the four weeks, stated openly, plus roughly $100 a month for a Claude Code or Codex subscription and a small third-party services budget, both of which sit outside the fee. Application only; Kevin runs a small number of sprints at a time, so new spots open as current sprints finish. A stated part of the method is design: Kevin's background is product design and UX, and the week-one specification covers what the app looks like, what it says and how it behaves on empty, slow and error states, on the argument that a coding agent has no taste and no opinion about the user. Only a few spots run at a time; when they are full, new applications join a waitlist. Distinct from Future Proof rather than a cheaper tier of it.

## Working with Kevin

- [UGC for AI Products](https://lightbulbmoment.com/ugc/): Paid UGC, creator posts and product walkthroughs for AI products. Kevin films only after hands-on use of the product, for an audience of more than fifty thousand founders, operators and builders across Instagram (28.5K) and TikTok (26K). The full rate card is published on the page: $350 for a video posted to his TikTok or Instagram and kept up at least 30 days, plus $200 to cross-post to the second platform, a performance bonus of $1.50 per thousand views above 25,000 that is capped at 200,000 views (a $262.50 maximum), and an affiliate link with a per-conversion kickback on nearly every deal. A video the brand owns and he never posts is $250. Paid ad usage is licensed by window and priced on top. No free-product, affiliate-only or exposure deals: the affiliate kickback is upside on a cash rate, never a substitute. Briefs are submitted through a form that requires a budget band.
