Future Proof

AI Transformation for Founders

The future won't wait.
Neither should your business.

I take on a few founders, CEOs and business owners at a time. Small on purpose.

We dig into how your company actually runs, then rebuild it around what AI genuinely does well. Not what the hype says it does.

Together we'll build a business that gets stronger as AI gets smarter.

The same question kept coming up.

For over a year I've been building AI products publicly, more or less since this was possible at all, sharing every lesson, mistake and breakthrough with hundreds of thousands of founders, CEOs and business owners across social media.

Most people know me from Trillion, the voice-first AI agent I've been building in the open. Every decision, every dead end, every thing that finally worked, posted as it happened. It's the most honest record I have of how this technology actually changes the way a company runs.

Along the way something unexpected happened.

The people running those businesses kept asking the same thing.

“Can you help us do this inside our business?”

Future Proof was created as my answer.

This isn't consulting. It's an opportunity to work together to rethink how your company operates before the rest of your industry catches up.

The Future Proof Manifesto

Technology has always rewarded businesses willing to adapt.

AI isn't another software tool. It's a fundamental shift in how companies operate, make decisions, create value and compete.

Most companies will respond by layering AI onto existing processes. I believe that's backwards.

The businesses that thrive over the next decade won't simply use AI. They'll redesign themselves around it.

Future Proof exists to help founders, CEOs and business owners make that transition intentionally, strategically and without chasing every new tool that appears online.

Because the goal isn't to keep up with AI. The goal is to build a company that keeps getting stronger as the world changes.

Everything is on the table.

When we work together, nothing is assumed.

Every workflow. Every meeting. Every approval. Every hire. Every process.

Everything deserves to be questioned.

  • Should this task exist?

  • Why does a human still do this?

  • Why does this meeting happen every week?

  • Could AI make this decision faster?

  • Why does this process take three days?

  • What would this business look like if it started today?

Who this is for.

This is for you if…

  • You're the founder, CEO or owner.

  • Your company is already generating revenue.

  • You know AI is changing your industry.

  • You're tired of AI hype.

  • You want practical implementation.

  • You value leverage.

  • You're willing to rethink how your company operates.

This is not for you if…

  • You're looking for ChatGPT lessons.

  • You want someone to build software.

  • You're looking for hourly consulting.

  • You want an AI agency.

  • You're not the decision maker.

  • You expect AI to fix a broken business.

  • You're unwilling to challenge existing systems.

The Transformation

Seven things change. None of them are software you buy.

Busy
Leverage
Hours stop being the thing you spend to get more output.
Reactive
Clarity
You stop hearing about problems from your customers first.
Manual
Systems
Work that lives in one person’s head starts running on its own.
Meetings
Automation
Status updates happen without anyone sitting through them.
Guesswork
AI-assisted decisions
You decide from what the business actually shows you.
Fragmented knowledge
Company-wide intelligence
What one person knows, the whole company can use.
Founder bottleneck
Founder amplification
The company stops waiting on you to unblock it.

The Process

  1. Business Deep Dive

    Understand your company.

  2. Opportunity Mapping

    Identify the highest leverage opportunities.

  3. Business Redesign

    Reimagine operations around AI.

  4. Implementation

    Build practical systems together.

  5. Leadership

Teach you how to continue evolving long after our engagement ends.

The Timeline

Built for busy founders.

Future Proof is intentionally designed around the realities of running a business.

Every engagement runs ninety days. No longer, no shorter.

Most of our work happens asynchronously between scheduled sessions, allowing you to continue leading your company while meaningful progress is made in the background.

A typical engagement includes:

  • A strategic kickoff session

  • Bi-weekly executive strategy sessions

  • Ongoing implementation guidance

  • Direct access between sessions for questions, feedback and decision support

  • A final executive roadmap and long-term strategy

The goal isn't to fill your calendar.

The goal is to create lasting leverage.

Deep, not wide.

Hundreds of founders, CEOs and business owners have reached out.

Rather than scaling consulting, I'd rather work deeply with a small number of companies where I can create extraordinary results.

There's a second reason the number stays small, and it's the more important one. This isn't all I do. I'm still the founder and CEO of Lightbulb Moment Labs, still shipping and running my own products: Clean Pro, SuperSchema.ai and Trillion.

Everything I would put into your business is something I have already put into mine, usually the hard way and usually before it was obvious it would work. I'm not a consultant describing what companies ought to do. I'm running the same experiments on my own payroll.

That only stays true if I take on a handful of engagements at a time. The moment this becomes a full-time consulting practice, I stop being the person worth hiring for it.

  • Quality over quantity.
  • Relationships over transactions.
  • Transformation over information.

This engagement represents a significant investment.

It is intentionally designed for established founders, CEOs and business owners committed to meaningful transformation rather than incremental improvements.

Before you apply

Who is this designed for?

Founders, CEOs and business owners of companies already generating meaningful revenue. Agencies, SaaS companies, professional service firms, established local businesses. What they have in common is that they can make the decision to change how the company operates, and they want to.

How many founders do you work with?

A few at a time, never more. The work goes deep enough that taking on more would make it worse for everyone, so I keep the number low on purpose instead of scaling it. Each engagement runs ninety days, so when the slate is full the next opening is ninety days out.

How long does an engagement last?

Ninety days. No longer, no shorter. It's long enough to change how the company actually operates and short enough that the work stays urgent, and because every engagement runs on the same clock we both know exactly what we're committing to before we start.

Will you build software for us?

No. We'll build practical systems and workflows together, and some of that involves tools we configure or automations we set up. But if what you need is custom software development, you need a development team, not this.

Can my leadership team participate?

Yes, and it usually helps. The work starts with you because you own the decisions. But redesigning how a company operates goes nowhere if your leadership team is hearing about it secondhand.

How much AI experience do I need?

None. What matters is that you understand your business deeply and you're willing to question how it works. I'll handle the AI part.

Do you offer ongoing consulting?

This isn't a retainer and it isn't hourly. The point is to leave you able to keep evolving on your own, which is what the last phase of the work is for. Some stay in touch afterward. That's a conversation, not a contract.

What happens after I apply?

I read every application myself, and you'll get an email from me shortly either way. I'm very selective: roughly eight out of ten applications aren't the right fit, and I'd rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. If we are a fit, that email will have next steps in it.

Build the company you'll wish you had built five years from now.

The companies that thrive over the next decade won't simply adopt AI. They'll rethink how they operate.

If you're ready to lead that transformation, I'd love to hear your story.

Every application is personally reviewed. Only a few engagements run at a time, and when they are full the next opening is ninety days out.

Tell me about your business.

Fourteen questions, one at a time. Answer honestly and you'll get a straight answer back.
